Manager without Ears

There's a manager who is born without ear...

He does mind tat others say bad things about it.

One day, he was asked to interview 3 people.

The manager would like to know how they think about his look

The first candidate came in....

Manager: What do you think about my appearance?

1st Candidate is very straight forward and said: You have no EARS

Without anymore question, 1st candidate was asked to leave

The second candidate came in...

Manager:What do you think about my appearance?

2nd candidate try not to be rude & said: You look ok

Manager was impressed and ask again: Thank you, tell me more

2nd candidate: I'm impressed tat you can heard me very well

Manager: Why?

2nd candidate: Because you have no EARS

The manager was angry and asked the 2nd candidate to leave

Finally the third candiate came in...

Manager: What do you think about my appearance?

3rd candidate: You look ok

Manager: Anymore?

3rd candidate: i notice tat you wear contact lense

Manager was so happy because this candidate do notice it

Manager: How do you know?

3rd candidate: Because you have no EARS to wear a spectacles :)

Angrily, the manager shoo the 3rd candidate away as well ...
