My Biggest Dream Comes True

I think u guys would have been wondering where am I for the last whole month... Do u still remember this? Well, my biggest dream finally come true in 2010~ I bought my own house !!!

This is a real big excitement for me~ r u serious? Yes, I'm damn fucking serious :) I got myself a house in the area which i used to study during my uni~ a double storey... My dream house :)

Though i really need to save a lot and no spending-like-nobody-business anymore, but i feel so happy. Everyday when i go back to my house after the whole day of work~ i will smile and say "hi, i'm home"... hehe... gila kah? yes, i'm :)

When i just bought the house, I have left no money for renovation. Have been thinking of taking a personal loan for the renovation, but finally decide not to. My parents came all the way from hometown, and together the 4 of us, including my sister, we paint the whole house and do all the necessary cleaning up. We also went around crazily buying furniture and all the things for the new house. Its really not cheap~ luckily my parents do sponsor me a bit.

Now I really need to sell my butt for some money. Any buyer? :P

Finally I cut another 2 cards

Being emo for quite sometime earlier on, luckily i saw the 2 credit cards laying quietly in a corner of my office table covering with dust and documents. When i have a look at it, the expiry date is 2nd May~ phew... so i ma quickly call up and canceled off these 2 cards~

Hmmm... now i only left with one MBB & HSBC~ should be enough for a big spender like me gua~

Haha, but to be frank, the reason i kept these 2 cards is becoz i have "burst" the limit of these cards and not a single cent was paid yet... haiz... settling the outstanding of the previously 3 cards have been quite a diff task to do... hopefully i will be able to clear the 2 debts asap la~ its been dragging along and haiz...

Since our Malaysia's Sugar Daddy, Robert Kuok sold out his sugarcanes field to FELDA. Its directly under the control of the government. But, why did the Sugar price still keep on increasing like Leu's weight?

Isn't it suppose to be cheaper for the citizen? But why is it on another way? Now look who's playing around? Its clear right?

Leu have to go sugarless la~ kopi-o which taste bitter; no more cakes; no more sugar cane juice; no more sweets~ maybe its good for fat people like me to slim down...

Awww... how sweet our government is~ so caring :)

CK perfumes

Went for a quickie at Lot 10 last Friday, and i got some nice CK perfume on sales
CK in 2 u ~ i bought a couple one, and share with San San~ she got the girl while i get the guy... Only RM152.50 per bottle :)
Then CK man on the second purchase... only RM99~ hehe~ of coz i cannot let this slip away frm me, so i bought it as well~

Now my wallet very empty :( lolz...any part time~ hahaha

PTPTN Loan

Today i check my ptptn loan's status...walao~ the interest increase more than RM1000...ish~ i thought the interest is gonna reduce to 1%? but it is still on 3% rate... if i only return RM100 per month, seems like i never gonna FULLY return my loan...at all !!!

Things are not getting right ~

Things are so not getting in the right place lately... is this what we call life? Sucks !!! Things gone so wrong lately... and a lot of my stuff just happen to be broken... First of all is my belt, i wear it everyday to my work... and one day it just putus like that... i dunknw why, but the belt has been with me for more than 7 years, and its time to say byebye, so i bought a Polo's with almost RM80... Although its not fabulous, but still can be use la~
Then my sport shoe, it was sacrifice when i go hiking in Sapa Vietnam... then my contact lense, i just so so so accidentally rip it into half~ And now is my working shoe...wat the hell~ Arrgghhh~ and all my body shampoo, shampoo, facial cleansing almost finish all together... aiyo...
All these need money. Don't mention about all my insurances which is gonna expired and waiting for my payment... Bonus bonus, where r u?!?

Hey big spendour~ who? Me lo... Y leh? Coz i over-spend this month... And this is just the beginning of the month... Shit !!! Really feel like a shit now... Think i have to cut down all my other expenses... and find a part time job to cover my ass up~ :( Any part time to introduce?

Mahjong Maniac

It's always the best time and the best excuse to gamble during CNY...it's like a traditional things in our family...hehehe...i simply love gambling...but of coz i do got my own limit when i'm gambling...so dun worry bloggers...


I remember when we were small...all the kids play poker aside while the adults play mahjong...we never kacau them and they never kacau us...we used to play with my second uncle who always win the most...but as time passed...things changed....haha~ the kids are all grown up...and we're all playing mahjong now...sadly, the adults just stand beside or watching tv...hehe...same as this year...

But this year, my cousins are back to poker again...so i play mahjong with 3 crocodiles :P whom is my granny, my mum and my aunt....at first they keep on winning...i cant even win a bit...how sad...but on the last round, i win !!! Not only getting back wat i have loss, but i win a lot from my aunty...hahaha~ it's really fun...

There's always a different between 4-person-mahjong & 3-person-mahjong...but watever...i still conquer all of them...hahaha
