Christopher did it !!!

Christopher is 10kg heavier than me...ooopppss.... i should say Christoper WAS 10kg heavier than me... But now... he slim down a lot, i dont know how much he weight now, but he definitely slim down a lot. Looking more stunning and healthy than before...

I met him somewhere in Pavilion, and i cant even recognize him. He approached and say thank you. He told me he was using the diet plan i told him 2 months before... and i was like WTH~ Arrrggghhh~ i have taught him the method, but me myself didn't practice the plan~ or else i will be slimming down a lot too~ GOD~~~~~~~~~

I think most of u heard abt this diet plan... that would be no carbohidrat (rice, bread, mee, koey teow, meehoon).... no spicy food, no fried food, no fast food... Only take in fruits (not banana), vegetables, fish (steamed only), meat (boiled with water only).... And the most important is no junk food, sweets & candies...

All this have to depends on your will, and Christopher did it~ Arrrgghhh~ so envy... i try this b4...but always kena seduce by all those delicious food~ :( Will i ever slim down? Sigh...

what is life if u cant have those delicious foods? for me, i will still take those foods, just maybe cut down the amount, do more exercise, and take your dinner b4 8pm, no supper.... somehow i manage to get my tummy smaller! ha ha ha!

yierr.. so envy!!! last time i had a much more relaxed diet from what you have, i lost 10kg, but now i GAIN it back, OMG~~

The plan is a bit extreme for me. Just cut off the amount of food taken espcially carbs and oily food, and do a lot of exercises... think that will do wonder. :)

I think it'll be more bearable if you follow the plan, but reward yourself on a weekend dinner with a nice "free-for-all" feast. ^_^
