I wanna change a new job...but in this kind of economic situation make me so damn confuse...should i or shouldn't i? Maybe from my very 1st perception tat i hate insurance and i dun wanna work in an insurance company...but fuck, y am i working in it now? Insurance company consists a lot of technical job which is very complicated and confusing...not everyone can handle it...silly me, transfering from a senang HR dept to a difficulty Marketing dept which require all this technical knowledge...and i have to learn everything frm the scratch...
I just received a call from one of my client asking me something very tricky, and i was like "OMFG" shit!!! Luckily i still not tat blurr yet, i told her i have to get my file which is very far away and i will call her back in a few minutes later...Then quickly i refer to my senior for those questions and call back to the client for the explanation...Oh God~
One of my colleague told me tat its not a good time to change a new job...and our company is finacially strong...so we dun need to worry abt getting our salary slash or kena fire...its true...somemore when one person's job involve in a technical way, our value will be much more higher in the market as not everyone can do our job which require certain knowledge...
Or would i want to work in a job which dun need technical knowledge at all, jst work ur ass off...but other can easily replace u once u r in a slow pace...i'm confuse...should i or shouldn't i leap from one tree to another tree...just like the monkey in the photo...wat if i drop in the half way? then i will have all my loans and credit card payment hanging there...haiz...

Well I suppose if you're comfortable where you are, you are secure (and the only set back is the work pace), then you shouldn't jump - but if you think that you've spent quite some time in the job and you want a change of dynamics and environment, then maybe there's somewhere out there you can try.
Of course, you have to secure a place first before you jump - no point jumping if you don't know where you're going to land.
But with the economy as you know, even if you jump and land safely on another branch - you never know if the branch is strong enough to support your weight. You MIGHT just fall if it breaks.

After working in various areas of finance, IT and HR, I find that working in a challenging environment provided the most satisfaction coz our job knowledge increased tremendously, plus we become more marketable. Self -confidence grows too, especially when we master everything in the dept.So actually, you should count your blessings to be able to work in a place that offers you a great learning curve.
Please do weigh your options carefully before deciding whether to leave.

I think you are merely bored with the faces in your office. If there are many hotties, I am sure you are glued to your seat.

我觉得你还是做下去吧...虽然很多东西要学,可是学到了也是你的啊,那么你就有比别人多份强项,是好处来的.
