I feel sleepy on 9pm-930pm... but i jst cant sleep at that hour, or else i will be waking up in the middle of the night... so wat should i do? Can anyone help me? Dun ask me to drink warm milk, coz i'm allergic towards it.
Geez, wat am i writing? there's so many things to write but my mind is blocked now...i need some sleep... good night~

i guess u have not adapted to sleep early loh, maybe u should go exercise after work, then when u feel exhausted and tired, easier to feel asleep!

ReplyDelete1am - 6.30am is certainly insufficient...u need to find ways to sleep earlier....probably some exercise after work may help...

ReplyDeleteI think it's just a matter of time, probably the new job and the changes keep you awake... will get better over time would be my guess, when it's not so new anymore...
ReplyDeleteI recognise the problem of sleeping too early and then waking up too early. Seems you have a fixed 'falling asleep' time, which is difficult to break. Just go with the one o'clock, you'll get tired enough eventually to fall asleep earlier over time...
Also, try to avoid to 'sleep in' when you're free. That's difficult when you're tired, but the trick is in the waking up at a fixed time.
Exercising also good advice.
Stay away from coffee or green tea after 5 in the afternoon (if you drink that).
I'm not allergic to warm milk, but it simply doesn't work (yucky too, I like it cold better) :-)
books are my sleeping aides, just flip few pages, the next minute u will see me sleeping liao :P

besides exercise, relax, read paper, 别想太多公事, 看书,尽量让眼睛疲累。。。

actually 失眠也算是忧郁症之一,如果持续这样你会越来越累,导致会越想越多东西更不用想有更好的精神,这只会不断的重复.
试试看在睡觉前不要想任何的(事物),一直想着不断想着(我很累了我必需休息)
:切记当你一想到一样事物例如工作的东西,你的脑海就会开始想更多的东西结果还是不能入睡所以不能(离题) :)
