My Body Composition Analysis Report

Seems like I'm gaining muscle and fat at the same time... According to the trainer, i really have to take care of the way and things i eat... if not i will never gonna have a fit body~Gosh !!!

  4. 1 month i loose 4kg....but different pople will get different result 1 lah.....i think my gym schedule bit siao....hahahha....

  6. Gaining muscle is good but not for gaining more fat. What gym are you joining? CF in Gurney Plaza or FF in Island Plaza?

    By the way, I found out that you are from Penang too? I am now staying there too. Hope we can meet one day, OK?

  7. hahaha Leumas. You are so obssesed.

    Slimming down is actually very simple. You need determination!!

    Exercise 5 days a week. No need to be gym all the time, but u need aerobics exercises like running. Drink only water, no sweet drinks. Don't eat everything on the plate, leave 25% of food untouched. No fried food please, only on weekend ok. And drink lots of water, v important. U need only 3 mths. After that its the maintaining that is difficult.

    What do you think? Can you do it?!!
